Mono Ethylene Glycol (MEG) is used as an antifreeze hydraulic liquid, humectant.
It is an intermediate for the production of polyester resins, softeners, dynamite viscose
film and electrolytical condensers.

Diethylene glycol mix. (DEG mix.)  is used as a grinding aid for cement.
